We aim to contribute to the development of our employees by identifying their training needs, preparing and implementing training programs. We also strive to develop systems that enable our employees to advance, succeed, have their performance evaluated, and increase their satisfaction, ensuring the continuity of these efforts.
Recruitment and Hiring Process
All applications are carefully reviewed, and applicants receive positive or negative responses. Those deemed suitable among the applicants are invited for interviews, and necessary employment is made based on the training, knowledge, and skills required for the vacant position.
Performance and Career Management
We use a performance management system that focuses on the development of both the employee and the organization. This system evaluates job and competency goals, which are cascaded from top to bottom based on company strategies and priorities. Competencies are predefined for each role, and job and competency goals are continuously monitored throughout the year. Goals are periodically reviewed, and managers hold one-on-one meetings with employees throughout the year to provide feedback, guidance, and coaching. The outputs of the performance management system are used in determining training needs, compensation efforts, and individual career planning.

Every year during the summer, our company offers internship opportunities to diligent, dynamic, and young individuals. The experiences gained through internship programs constitute invaluable first steps into professional life. Interns have the chance to put their knowledge into practice, get to know our company, its culture, and accreditation requirements.
